Navina Khatib just made her film debut alongside acclaimed filmmaker Alexandra Weltz with the documentary "Casa Luz" which draws a picture of the cultural and political situation of the Andean town of Ayacucho (Peru). This video is an excerpt of their work and portrays the annual cumbia dance contest in Ayacucho.
